These terms govern the use of SN, Santt's backend as a service, its credit balance economy and API integration rules.

1. User account

You are responsible for your password security and for the activity in your account. A valid email is mandatory and creating accounts to impersonate others is forbidden.

2. Balance and purchases

The balance is measured in the platform's internal credits: 1 credit equals $1 on screen. Credits are topped up in pesos through Mercado Pago, do not constitute real money, cannot be exchanged or withdrawn, and are spendable in apps that accept them. Processed and credited top-ups are non-refundable except on system failure.

3. Acceptable use

Exploiting bugs to obtain credits without paying for them, automating or abusing the APIs, harassing other users or attempting to access other accounts is forbidden. Violations may lead to account suspension.

4. Service changes

We may update these terms and the service; we will announce relevant changes by email or inside the platform. Continuing to use it means accepting the current version.
