This policy describes what personal data SN, Santt's backend as a service, collects, for which purposes, and your rights over it.

1. Data we collect

When you create an account we collect your email, username and a password stored as a hash. If you upload an avatar, an image URL is stored with the image provider. We log the IP address and user agent of your sessions for security, along with your wallet transactions and activity across platform apps.

2. Purposes

We use your data to operate your account, process balance top-ups in pesos (platform credits), send account notifications (verification, security and purchases) and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request account deletion and contact us to exercise your rights of access, rectification and portability.
